I followed the recipe to a T except I cheated and used store bought large croutons. The salad was so good. I made what I would call a med-lg bowlful and I'm on my way to eating the whole thing. Can't wait to try it for company. "

Well, a baker I'm not but I saw the show and thought I'd try the puffs. Whoa, they are excellent. I'm having company for brunch and will serve them. Except I'm 2 short because I ate them right after putting on the coating. Kinda fun to make, too."
