Reviewed Grilled Shrimp Po' Boy
"This was yummy! I didn't have the skewers, so I just threw the shrimp in a cast iron pan to fry. You do have to keep a closer eye on them to make sure they cook, but not overcook. I toasted the bread in the pan too. The butter sauce and the special mayo really make everything come together."
