"I was able to taste the pumpkin but after making the muffins I noticed the mix I used was only 16.5 oz instead of 18.25 like the recipe calls for. They were OK and I'm interested in trying the spice cake mix idea."

"Delicious. I wasn't sure if the tomato soup was supposed to be concentrate or reconstituted so I did 1/4 cup soup concentrate and 1/4 cup lowfat milk. Also I substituted nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and jalapeno peppers for the sour cream and roasted red peppers respectively. I didn't want to throw out the stem of the mushroom so I chopped it finely"
