Reviewed Balsamic-Glazed Salmon

I actually didn't love this recipe. Like a previous reviewer said, the glaze was too sweet for me. I prefer something with a little soy on my salmon. I served with white rice and edamame only. It was pretty good and really easy. While I was cooking, my house smelled like a restaurant. Delicious!"

I made this recipe exactly as it was written. With three cups of sugar! Ay ay ay. But what do you expect from Ms. Paula? Anyway, the recipe was delicious. Without all of the sugar, I doubt it would have caramelized at the top. It was WONDERFUL!"
