I only used a 3 lb. roast, that's the biggest my store carried. It does make a lot of extra sauce, but it's sooo good. Meat was very tender. Will make again"

Yum! I used more cheese than it called for and chopped up some pickled jalapenos instead of fresh ones. I don't like crumbly cornbread, so this moister version was really good. Will make again."

This was good, but mine came out really salty. I rinsed the beans and used the bag of frozen hearts from Trader Joe's. I don't think it was the prosciutto. Maybe the artichoke hearts were cooked in salt water before freezing?? Or maybe it was the quality of the cheese? I followed the recipe to a tee."

Wow, this is a spicy chili. I dialed back on the cayenne pepper and only used 1/2 Tblsp, and it was still really spicy (and I love spicy food) . I only used 3 lbs of stew meat, and I added an extra can of black beans (2 kidney and 1 black). I like more beans in my chili than meat. Other than that followed the recipe.
