Reviewed Company Pot Roast
"I only used a 3 lb. roast, that's the biggest my store carried. It does make a lot of extra sauce, but it's sooo good. Meat was very tender. Will make again"
Reviewed Tomato Feta Pasta Salad
"I took the advice of some of the others and doubles the dressing amount. I also added sliced pickled banana peppers, and used grape tomatoes cut in half. It was Delicious!"
Reviewed Spicy Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti
"Delish! I cut the recipe in half (only 3 of us) and it still made 24 good-sized meatballs Will make again. Definitely use a higher quality marinara sauce if you can afford it."
Reviewed Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread

Reviewed Artichoke and Bean Crostini

I only used 3 lbs of stew meat, and I added an extra can of black beans (2 kidney and 1 black). I like more beans in my chili than meat. Other than that followed the recipe. It was very tasty, but keep yo"
