We just had this for dinner last night and it was delicious! I followed the recipe pretty closely. The only thing I changed was using 2% milk instead of whole milk and fat free half and half instead of heavy cream. I was trying to lighten it up a little. It turned out to be quite tasty, even without the richer milk products. Next time I will use...

I made this for dinner last night and the flavors were very good. The jus was great-my husband loved it. However, the meat was surprisingly a little bit dry. I don't know how since it was cooking in atleast an inch or so of broth, it was covered, and I kept flipping it. That's ok though, the flavors were great and it was easy to make. The nice th...

I added all the ingredients as listed in the recipe but I did add some extra garlic salt and oregano for seasoning and then I did think it needed more broth so I added about 4 cups extra toward the end. I cooked my noodles separately and opted to add them individually to my bowls. I thought the soup was great! I can see why someone might think it "

Reviewed Mediterranean Pasta Salad

This has become my new go-to pasta salad recipe. I've made it exactly as written, which is delicious, but I've also made a few adjustments that I really like. I oven roast tomatoes for a long time so they are almost like sundried tomatoes, but not quite as tart. Last time I didn't have balsamic vinegar so I used a sort of caesar italian dressing, "

Reviewed Bbq Chicken Quesadilla with Smoked Tomato Relish and Buttermilk Dressing

These quesadillas are the bomb! Yes, they are a lot of work but they are totally worth it if you want to try something different. This is a great recipe to use if you have leftover BBQ chicken. I recommend doing the salsa and dressing ahead of time so the flavors can meld. I don't smoke the tomatoes but roast them in the oven instead. We love it!

This recipe is one of my husband's favorites...and he is not a fan of ricotta cheese. I've changed it up a few times, using turkey or chicken italian sausage and adding some spinach to the filling. It's always a winner and it makes enough that I can usually freeze some for dinner another week. Thanks Giada!

I made these last night and I thought they are definitely a keeper! I added a few changes based on personal preference. I added some chopped cilantro, a couple ounces of velveeta (and less cream cheese) and a few tablespoons of beans. I made them a little larger than the recipes calls for and I put an eggwash on them before baking. My husband loved...
