I LOVED this! I also used pancetta instead of prosciutto. I've made it three times now. First time I used wild mushroom ravioli, second time cheese tortellini and the third time I poured it over freshly steamed asparagus. GREAT everytime. I also think the sauce should be doubled though. "

YUM is all I can say. This stuff was amazing! Everyone that ate it raved about it. I made one small change though. I used 1/2 cup Godiva dark chocolate liqueur instead of the brandy. I was able to get everything into the 8x8. It came slightly over the top but the plastic wrap held it in place until it firmed up."
