"Loved the spice of the pepper jack cheese, and the flavor of the dish was good all around, but I like a creamy mac n cheese and this was not creamy enough for me. If you like a firm mac n cheese, this would be a good one for you. I like mine to be gooey."

"I did as recommended, drained the crab in a towel and put the patties in the fridge for over 30 mins to set up. They still fell apart in the pan. The flavor of the cake itself was good, but a little on the salty side. However, I ended up mixing it together with homemade mac n cheese and it was great! Was not a fan of the aioli at all. "

"I have made this too many times to count. This is my go-to stew for cold, wintry days. I tweaked it a little. I only add about 7-8 cups of stock, I increased the amount of garlic and I skip the vinegar. Absolutely delicious!!"
