Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

I was looking for something different to use up lemons that my neighbor gave me (their tree is going crazy this year). These are a cakey cookie but fantastic! I did use 1/4 cup less flour and a teaspoon of vanilla as someone suggested. Will definitely make again. Of course I shared with my neighbor

My husband and I were standing in line at Giada's book signing here in Houston back in April and they served these little treats. All I can say is YUM! I have not made them myself yet but we are having a girls night and will definitely serve this along with her fried ravioli, MMMMMM

Reviewed Roasted Tomato Basil Soup

What a wonderful day for this soup. Made it last not and had leftovers for lunch today. I squeezed out the seeds as I was cutting the tomatoes in half. Also, made it with Michael Chiarellos' crouton's (part of his recipe for roasted tomato soup).
I did use cream, just enough to change the color a little. YUMMY!

Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

I hate to rate until I cook but I will definately try these. I'm just a little confused. I wanted to see the video that is attached but it's Bobby Flay cooking the brussels sprouts not Giada. I love Bobby and will try his too.
