This did take quite some time to prepare as the first reviewer said. As one who is not particularly fond of sweeter soups, the chorizo and plenty of salt are a must. I also garnished with parsley and cheddar. I liked it, but it still needs a little something. I'm just not sure what that is."

Great idea. I didn't have the chipotle seasoning suggested so I used one I found at the store. Used my own guacamole recipe with it and it was fantastice. Cole slaw was ok but the crispiness it contributed to the taco made it great!"

I made this without the butter sauce since I didn't have all the ingredients. It was a little dull with salt and pepper only, so on the second batch I added a little Cavender's and Seasoned Salt. Fantastic! A great way to add fish to your diet without deep-frying and it was one of the quickest meals I've ever made. Love it! ""
