Reviewed Penne with Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic, and White Beans

This is the third time I've made this recipe, and everyone has enjoyed it. The only modifications I've made have been to add a little more olive oil and then heat the beans, tomatoes and garlic together to blend the flavors, and to add a couple of teaspoons of vinegar (I used white balsamic to add a little acidity.
