Reviewed Curried Chicken Thighs

"Totally agree with needing a lot more spices. I recommend tasting it before serving and adjusting the salt and curry to taste. We did whole chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) and it needed an additional 10 minutes to cook. If you do this, I suggest removing and plating the thighs and then stirring in the sour cream and spooning the sauce over the ch..."

"I agree with the previous comments. For one whole fillet, you can use 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup panko. Also, only 1 tablespoon of lemon and 2 tbsp of butter. The cook time is perfect. This was a big hit with the family and I will make it again."
