"This has the potential of being a good recipe with personal tweaks.
For example, cook your own potatoes. How hard can that be? But I do agree some of your chefs act as if one has everything on hand at all times and cost is no factor. Maybe when you have your own show on TV, you have much more freedom to use expensive ingredients, but "our show"
