Just as good if not better than the local steakhouse we love. This was an incredibly simple recipe. I used olive oil and applied it with a "spritzer" before rolling them in the salt. I also cooked mine slightly longer than recommended and they came out perfect. No doubt I will cook these again.

This is about as simple a recipe for Filet as I have found. The timing results in rare meat, so I upped the cooking time. I also eliminated the salt in exchange for salted butter I put on toward the very end of the searing process, allowing it to melt over the meat. Very nice.

This was a very simple recipe that worked-out well. I substituted canned chicken broth for the fluid as it was what I had in the house and went easy on additional salt at the end. Very tasty."

First, you have to like Kale to enjoy this recipe. Kale is best described as spinach-like, but much more hearty, strong-tasting and fibrous than spinach. I love Kale and this is a very good, easy recipe to prepare. I use it often, and as a base to experiment with my own seasonings, such as different peppers, garlic and vegetable combinations. "

This is aboout the easiest steak recipe you can prepare. The trick is choosing your meat, and knowing your own oven. I purchase the meat from a butcher if possible, or if at my local discount supermarket, I ask when it was packed. The fresher the better. Also, in my oven I reduce the times to 4 minutes and 2 minutes as I guess my oven runs hot"

I used this as a based recipe to prepare Tilapia as a main-dish. I bought fresh Tilapia from a large retail warehouse store. I do not ordinarily enjoy fish I prepare at home but this was an excellent, easy recipe. I used the full amounts of suggested peppers. My wife and I loved the spicy tastes. Go easy on the peppers if you do not want to o"

This was my first Everyday Italian recipe. Easy to make, healthy and tasty. The most difficult part was figuring-out that Zucchini and Italian Squash are the same vegetable. Sorry to read that Giada is out-of-production, but thanks to CC I have re-runs to hold me for a while.""
