I've made spanakopita many times so was interested to see how Ina made it. Thought the addition of pine nuts and parmesan cheese was more Italian than Greek; that putting the phyllo in a saute pan and twisting the dough over the filling and baking it in the pan might be a little tricky. And the amount of nutmeg seemed a little overwhelming, but...
