“I have made this 2 times and it was excellent!!! They say on FN that if you wouln't drink a certain wine don't cook with it,,,,,,,totally NOT true. I would not drink a a Cab Sauv, but this was awesome!!!!
The only change I made the 2nd time was that I used a chuck roast instead of the ribs because they are a little on the expensive side....”
