About Me
I was raised on southern food and that's the food that I enjoy eating and cooking the most. I've always wanted to learn how to properly cut/slice, how to pick the best tools for the kitchen & any tips on making cooking easier & faster.
I'm also recentlly engaged and would love to have a repitoire of meals that I am really good at and can make for my new fiance and his family once in a while!
Oh, my favorite chefs are Aaron 'Big Daddy", Paula Dean and now Kelsey on Cooking Channel tv. I'm the most comfortable with their food and love their unintimiating styles of cooking and teaching.
