“This is one of the best appetizers EVER!!! Prep work takes awhile but so worth the effort. Shrimp can be cleaned and butterflied ahead and the stuffing can be done ahead to the point of the cracker crumbs. Then just stir in the crumbs when ready to stuff the shrimp. So, so, so yummy! “These were outstanding!!! Note: To those who find the dough too crumbly, my experience has been that different flours absorb liquids differently. That being said, a little more cream may need to be added if the flour consistency is too crumbly. But make sure not to get them too wet or they'll be kind of "biscuit-like."

“This is one of the best things I have ever eaten!! EVER!!! Following the advice of a previous post, I only used 1/2 cup of the red peppers and I subbed roasted and salted sunflower seeds for the pumpkin seeds. Also, I used fresh mango in the salad instead of mango chutney in the dressing! Absolutely divine!!

“Off the chart! If I could give this recipe 6 stars, I would. The presentation is absolutely beautiful. I topped mine with a dusting of confectioners sugar, sliced strawberries and blueberries, and added a mint leaf.
