I do not know why this did not get 5 stars..... I give it a 10! Just about the BEST potato salad I ever tasted. I was skeptical about the relish but followed the recipe to a T - except I did add chopped hard-boiled eggs....that's a must in potato or macaroni salad for us. I think what makes the potatoes have so much flavor is the vinegar. Jeff"

OK - I listened to all the comments about "too waterery" "not enough time cooking to thicken" etc. I MADE IT TONIGHT - ALONG WITH THE CHICKEN.

CORRECT - an hour was NOT enough time to thicken the sauce - mine cooked for about 2 1/2 hours and was perfect. I omitted the salt after reading how much salt was in the BBQ seasoning...
