Reviewed Anne's Spiced Coffee
"So yummy! I'm a huge fan of chai tea and of coffee so this was like a perfect combination of both. Anne your desserts are awesome. This is a show after the heart of my sweet tooth. I'd like to see this show on for a long time. Anne is enchanting and she certainly has inspired me that it's ok to enjoy dessert once in a while. =)
Reviewed The Ultimate Cheesecake
"I have a regular electric oven and found that this cheesecake is perfect in every way except that it did require a bit more cooking time for the center to set even after cooling. The water bath is crucial of course. I increased the oven temp to 350 degrees F and this helped. At 325 degrees I increased the baking time to 70 minutes. For the blueberry sauce, fresh blueberries weren't in season the first time I made it so I used frozen which were a little more tart. I thawed and drained them and doubled the sugar and it worked out well though I still prefer the fresh. The cheesecake set nicely, was moist and came out perfect both ways. The flavor is unbeatable and it truly is the ultimate cheesecake!

Reviewed Lemon Blueberry Cake
"Seriously Glutton again SEMI HOME-MADE! This recipe is for someone who is in a big hurry and doesn't want to run into the grocery store bakery. It's yummy and creative. I had a little more time on my hands and prepared this cake with a lemon cake mix and made up my own cream cheese frosting but followed the rest of the recipe to the letter, including the lemonade concentrate (umm again hello you that balk at this and suggest people who like her show can't cook...lemonade concentrate is a lemon simple syrup. Can be made from scratch with 1 part fresh lemon juice to 1 part sugar but the concentrate is a whole lot easier for people who are IN A HURRY). Yummy!
