“The BEST zeppole recipe. Light and fluffy, not sinkers like you sometimes get at Italian festivals. I loved them and went around to neighbors on St. Joseph's Day with a few in two paper bags; one with the cinnamon and sugar and another with powdered sugar. EVERYONE LOVED THEM. I did let the dough cool before I added the eggs, because I was afraid...”

“This was great.
My mom never made Struffoli, but my aunt did. She gasped when I told her I used a food processor for the dough, but it came out delicious and saved a lot of time.
I used limoncello rather than the wine and did not use hazlenuts.
Rave reviews from everyone who ate it!!!”
