WOW! I honestly thought MY recipe for blue cheese dressing couldn't be beaten--but it has. Used Maytag Blue (personal favorite) and thinned just a bit with more buttermilk. I did make one addition borrowed from my now old recipe: include about 1-2 tsp of shallot grated on a microplane grater. THANK YOU MR. BROWN!!"
