My Activity

Reviewed Meatloaf Muffins with Barbecue Sauce

"Made this tonight. Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Had it with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was soooo satisfying. The one thing I did differently was use ground turkey rather than beef for a lighter meal. Can't wait to have it again, seriously I think I may have it again tomorrow. My family agrees!"

Reviewed Baja Style Fish Tacos

"Wow! We don't ever eat fried food, but my husband was craving fish tacos. These were super good and super easy. I used Cod and dos xx Amber. The fish came out light and crispy, just beautiful. The downfall is it's fried and it's messy to make. But well worth it! Will make again."

Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

"Wow! The only other time I made pot roast was in a crockpot and my husband was just not crazy about it. When I saw this recipe I had to give it a shot. I don't own a Dutch Oven or large stove to oven pot so I browned my veggies and the roast in a heavy soup pot on the stove, deglazed with red wine in that pot and then transferred everything to a 9""

Reviewed Ginger-Soy-Lime Marinated Shrimp

"This is an amazing recipe. I have now made it twice and both times the results are absolutely delicious and so simple to throw together. It's impossible to stop eating these juicy, flavor saturated shrimp. My family and friends love them too. I just have to say one more thing.... I am constantly surprised to read less than stellar reviews from in"

Reviewed Oven Fried Chicken

"This is the best recipe for a quick and delicious "fried" chicken. We don't eat fried foods in my family, but we love the crunch and this is the perfect chicken recipe for us. It's so easy! Every time I make it it's delicious, moist and a huge success. For the December holidays I always do a buffet and it's a rule that I must include this. Slice the chicken breasts diaganolly and present it on lettuce leaves on a platter. It's beautiul and your guests will be thrilled.

Reviewed Pasta e Fagioli al Forno

"This recipe was good, but nothing special. It's definitely comfort food, but lacked depth of flavor. I added sundried tomatoes, which gave it a nice color and a bit more flavor. If I make it again I will add just a hint of chili powder or cayenne pepper to add a little kick.
