These are delicious! I made a few changes as follows: I used frozen blueberries, because that is what I had on hand, used plain non fat Greek yogurt, added just a bit less than 1 TBL cinnamon to the dry ingredients and a generous splash of vanilla to the wet. Just before baking I mixed some brown sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkled it on top of...

Made this tonight. Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Had it with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was soooo satisfying. The one thing I did differently was use ground turkey rather than beef for a lighter meal. Can't wait to have it again, seriously I think I may have it again tomorrow. My family agrees!"

Wow! We don't ever eat fried food, but my husband was craving fish tacos. These were super good and super easy. I used Cod and dos xx Amber. The fish came out light and crispy, just beautiful. The downfall is it's fried and it's messy to make. But well worth it! Will make again."

Wow! The only other time I made pot roast was in a crockpot and my husband was just not crazy about it. When I saw this recipe I had to give it a shot. I don't own a Dutch Oven or large stove to oven pot so I browned my veggies and the roast in a heavy soup pot on the stove, deglazed with red wine in that pot and then transferred everything to a ...

This is an amazing recipe. I have now made it twice and both times the results are absolutely delicious and so simple to throw together. It's impossible to stop eating these juicy, flavor saturated shrimp. My family and friends love them too. I just have to say one more thing.... I am constantly surprised to read less than stellar reviews from in"

This is the best recipe for a quick and delicious "fried" chicken. We don't eat fried foods in my family, but we love the crunch and this is the perfect chicken recipe for us. It's so easy! Every time I make it it's delicious, moist and a huge success. For the December holidays I always do a buffet and it's a rule that I must include this. Slice the...

This recipe was good, but nothing special. It's definitely comfort food, but lacked depth of flavor. I added sundried tomatoes, which gave it a nice color and a bit more flavor. If I make it again I will add just a hint of chili powder or cayenne pepper to add a little kick.

Triple yum on this one. OMG! We loved it. I must admit however that I might possibly be a candidate for "Worst Cooks in America". My crust did not turn out so we had to use a store bought crust and I did not thicken the "gravy" appropriately. That said the end result was still absolutely delicious. I served it in individual 16 oz crocks with a side...

I really wanted these cookies to be good, but they were a huge disappointment. So many people gave them a great rating that I decided to give them a try. After following the recipe exactly I gave one to my husband. He looked at me and asked "Did you forget the sugar?" I have to agree, there was just no flavor.I guess there is a reason that I don't...
