SO good! The tang of the goat cheese is a less messy alternative to sour cream. The arepas themselves should be about 3/8" rather than the recommended 1/4".

This was really good. I didn't have andouille so used cured chorizo. Cut the recipe in half. Used 1 habanero instead of the yellow pepper. Used small to medium baby bellas. There was plenty of filling left over. Hope to use in a breakfast hash.

Chopped up the bacon & put in the slaw. Used my own homemade sesame buns as they were able to handle all the soggy deliciousness. Loved 'em!"
