About Me
I enjoy cooking, although it seems I don't always have the time to do it. I'm an RN, have a loving husband and an awesome 4 year old step son! For me, cooking is a way to release stress and unwind from the chaos at work. My 4 year old has taken an interest in cooking, so it gives us an opportunity to spend time together. Even my husband is learning how to cook more than pot roast and steaks, and doing a great job!
