Just finished making this relish. I used some pickles I had canned that didn't turn out the way I wanted. I used a Valida onion. I used the food processor to do the fine chop- I did drain off some liquid before adding the vinegar reduction. This relish would be great with brats, sausage or even a well made burger! Take me out to the ballgame? YES"
