"EXCELLENT! I only used 1/2 lb of the meat and it was plenty. My family loved it! I served it with sliced cantaloupe and they went perfect together. Great meal for families who have sports and everyone eats and a different time. Would also make it for company. Thanks Giada - your recipes are always the BEST!!!!! Oh yeah, used the whole wheat"
