My ActivityI have no recent activity to share.
This Thanksgiving as my beloved family gahered in anticipation of yet another wonderful meal, no one was prepared for the first taste of the table's certerpeice, the turkey. There were lots of oohs and aahs at how beautiful and browned the 22.5 lb bird was but as we started carving and you could actially see the juices no one could wait.... fingers were poking away at the platter the whole time. This receipe is wonderful. The brining makes all the difference, and you could taste all the brining flavors and herbed compound butter throughout the white and dark meat. And the gravy.... Oh My Goodness!! It was so easy to make and the flavors were outrageous.
Luckily I made a hige bird cause people had seconds!!! Thank you!! I have saved this receipe for future generations to enjoy as well!! Happy Holidays to all!!
