Reviewed brined turkey breast with spanish spice rub and sour orange sauce

Excellent. I did not make the sauce as I was having a lunch. Served this sliced on buns and used Emeril's Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish. The rub had great flavour that matched perfectly with Turkey. Followed the brine and BBQ instructions to a T. I probably only used 1/3 of the rub on the breast, but this would be a great rub for Chicken as well.

This was very good, although I found the orange flavour to be a bit over powering. Next time I would cut the orange in half and then add more if necessary. Terrific flavor. I just made the basic soup without the chipotle or the red pepper cream. I did dice a red pepper and a jalapeno to sprinkle on top along with some chives.
