I love this recipe. To be honest I have often taken liberty with dry rub ingredients based on whose kitchen I am in when I am asked to make the ribs.

Also I have NEVER used the braising liquid to make a glaze. Oooooh the horror!!!! Darn right it would be overly salty. Sorry Alton!
