Reviewed Beef and Cheese Manicotti
"I just made this and it was delicious! The other reviewers are correct, though. You need to really season the meat and cheese mixture well, more than indicated. I added sauteed mushrooms, Italian Seasoning and a mixture I always have on hand (salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder). Next time I am going to try Italian sausage. "
