Fantastic rich apple flavor! I prepared it with a pork loin sliced into one-inch filets for economy. It pairs perfectly with cheese grits or creamy cheese polenta. The flour quantity is a typo. It will freeze well if you add a half-teaspoon of corn starch to the sauce (keeps the sauce from separating)."
