"very good the first day. EXCELLENT the second day. kinda like chili that way.
i used 3 cups of sauce instead of 4, cause it's what i had, and added a cup of fresh blanched english peas. should have added 2 cups of peas because they were awesome.
also parmed it up at the end.
yum."

"DON'T BLANCH OR BOIL THE CAULIFLOWER FIRST. it's a mush fest. 30 minutes is plenty of time to cook it thoroughly and it still has a little bite. i also use about twice as much black pepper, and this time i added rosemary ham, which made it stellar.
