Reviewed Chicken in Mustard

I made this for some company, and they loved it. It had loads of flavor. I did use chicken breasts, and thyme. I didn't have a dutch oven, so I browned the chicken and made the sauce in a iron skillet on the stove top. I then put it into a casserole dish for braising in the oven. Works well. It was wonderful!
