Reviewed Gingerbread with Spiced Creme Anglaise

I haven't tasted this yet because it isn't cooking properly. I followed the instructions and measurements to the letter and found the batter extremely loose. I knew it wouldn't cook in the 35 minutes. 45 minutes and the middle is still gooey. By the time the middle part is cooked, the outside will be burnt to a crisp. Think it already is.
