Reviewed Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Chorizo and Manchego
"I loved this recipe. I bought what I thought are the right jarred peppers, but they didn't say piquillo on it. Are pimento peppers the same? Can someone tell me what brand they used? Anyway, I made it and my husband loved it. I even made the salad to serve with it.
