"Absolutely delicious--the best mushroom soup I have ever eaten. I made it exactly by the recipe---very easy--- and served with crusty bread and some marinated red peppers. Will be making this again and again---Thanks, Anne!"

I also added some andouille type sausage in place of some of the smoked sausage for a little bite.
