Outstanding! Crust is very easy and delicious. I used light cream cheese instead of mascarpone, because that's what I had on hand. Fresh chard from my garden. Will make this again and again--maybe add some bacon or sausage as others have suggested to make it a meal in itself. Thanks Anne!

Wonderful! I have made this in dry and high Colorado and it turned out perfect as written. Now I am back in Michigan where it is humid and low elevation (humid even on a non-rainy day). Excellent! I'll definitely make this dish again. I made it just as written, except I only had the Mexican type chorizo which worked just fine. At 8 minutes the whites were still a bit runny- probably because my baking dishes were a bit different , but just a couple more minutes did the trick.
