Reviewed Easy Cranberry and Apple Cake
"i loved this cake. i reduced the cranberries to 9 oz and it was not too tart. next time i will eliminate the sugar/cinnamon mixture for the top of the cake, i don't think it is needed. i also cut the sugar to 3/4 cup for the cake batter and it was just perfect. it was easy and great tasting. try it!"
