Reviewed Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

This chicken was moist and tasty, not to mention very easy to make. I used hot sauce with the buttermilk and marinated overnight. I also used some cayenne pepper with the bread crumbs. I baked the chicken - unpounded - for an hour at 350. Perfection:)"
