Reviewed Chocolate Truffles

"These are outstanding! I made them following the recipe to a T but refrigerating for longer periods of time during the "waiting periods". They're a bit messy to make but nothing a little refrigeration won't help out with.

I'm going to try them with different liqueurs and other flavorings and different coatings (I'm thinking coconut curry or somet"

Reviewed Fresh Fruit and Mint Salad

"This is the BEST fruit salad. I've made it for a crowd multiplying the recipe and I've made it for just my husband and me changing up the fruit ratios a bit (I love mango so I add more). Fabulous!"

Reviewed Hard Boiled Eggs

"For those of you looking for the deviled egg recipes, just scroll down to the bottom of the page that the hard boiled eggs link was on. There are recipe links at the bottom.

For the person who doesn't understand why older eggs produce a better result, the inner membrane dries out a bit as the egg sits and this makes separating it from the egg while peeling easier.

Hope this is helpful.

Personally, I'm looking forward to trying these egg cooking techniques as my eggs are somewhat hit and miss.

BTW, only giving three stars since I haven't tried this yet."
