Reviewed Shrimp Creole

"This is delicious. I only had a lb. of shrimp, so I added diced cooked chicken to make up the difference. Another winner, Paula--thank you."

Reviewed Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

"I have made this a zillion (really) times--holidays, picnics, etc. I love it, and so does everybody else. The only thing I add is a palmfull of dehydrated, chopped onion. Maybe my slow cooker is a little hotter than others, but it seems perfect to me at about the 2 hour mark--a little creamier--so I turn it to low at that point. I've never had a bad batch. Love you, Paula. Thanks!"

Reviewed Cucumber and Celery Salad

"This is really yummy. Crunchy, sweet and spicy. Haven't tried it yet, but think chopped a little smaller, would make a really good topping on hoagies (subs)."
