Reviewed Pancit Canton

"Made this last night - SUPER! I did make a couple of changes (due to ingredents on hand), I used frogen peas in stead of green beans, celery chopped fine, and a little more chicken broth. Reviewed Mr. John's Meat-Stuffed Bell Peppers

"Looking for a better bell recipe and this had great reviews.I did use dry parsley flakes instead of fresh, 2 pounds of 93% ground beef instead of beef/pork and spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. Then after cooking for approx 30 minutes, added a bit more sauce and mozarella cheese on top and baked for another 10 minutes. Absolutely wonderful!! Thank you! I had never precooked the bell peppers before, nor the filling - much better this way!
