My Activity

Reviewed Quick Chick-in-Wine with Brie-Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

"this dish was very good but it took me a bit longer than 30 min. other than that it was delicious and my bf loved it . he thought it was very "french". i just added the brie to the mash and it was enough. i think they were actually a little too creamy. for a veg i made string beans and to continue the bacon theme sauteed them in an extra bit of cooked bacon and a shot of the same wine. great meal!!"

Reviewed Veal and Avocado

"this veal was great. it cooked up in a snap. my bf kept asking me why and what was the point of the avocado and i couldn't answer him. when he started eating though all bets were off. he went through his plate like a vaccuum, eating avocado and veal together on the fork. needless to say i was asked to make it again. i made asparagus with garlic, oil, breadcrumbs and parm as a side. yum! "

Reviewed Baby Shrimp Scampi and Angel Hair Pasta

"this was a great dinner. i forgot the cherry tomatoes at the store so i julienned some sundried's i had in the closet and threw them in. i also think scampi isn't scampi without garlic, so i grated one big clove in. i would make this as a meal for company or just us any night. it's delish! "

Reviewed Gorgonzola Filled Meatballs, Bay and Onion Creamy Tomato Gravy

""This is a keeper" says my bf. I made this with spaghetti instead of potatoes. After dousing the meatballs with sauce, I took them out and mixed all the gravy with a pound of angel hair then put the meatballs on top. Delicious!!!!!
