These were SO good! Nice tender crumb, lots of fresh orange flavor. You can easily cut the recipe in half. I got almost 2 mini muffin tins, which was perfect. Thanks, Ree! Awesome recipe.

Reviewed Mini Vanilla Scones with Vanilla Bean Glaze

Feb 19, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

These scones are nothing short of amazing! Light and slightly crumbly with a nice vanilla flavor. Some scones can get really tough and hard, not these! This was so good! I've never used an iron skillet before and it really made a difference. The texture was perfect. Next time I might add a tad more sugar, just a personal preference, but this cornbread is absolutely a keeper!"

I first made this cobbler from the PW cookbook, and it's been a favorite ever since! Super easy to make and is absolutely delish - especially with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. I love Ree's new show! One of the best on FN. She keeps it real.""

Reviewed Chocolate Sheet Cake

I've made this cake several times using the recipe from the PW cookbook and it's always a winner! Super easy to make. Just make sure to spread the frosting evenly over the cake. It sets up really nice after about a half hour. I'm making it again for our block party this year. Yum! ""
