“Wonderful holiday meal. Everyone loved it. The pear and chestnut stuffing was to die for. I also had the butcher prep the roast into a crown. My 10 rib 7.61 lb roast took a total of 3 hrs in the oven.
Lots of slicing and dicing prep work so do some the day before or make sure you start early enough. Now I want to check out Anne's cookbook....”
