Reviewed Roasted Rack of Lamb with Mint Pesto
"Best lamb dish I've ever served. I was looking for something easy but tasty. The mint pesto was outstanding. I served garlic mashed potatoes (light on the garlic) and asparagas as side dishes so not to overwhelm the center of the meal. I will definitely use this recipe again when impressing guests!
