"OMG..........This was THE VERY BEST SOUP!! I soaked the beans overnight for 12 hours. Only changes I made were to simmer the beans for 1 1/2 hours, I added a bay leaf and I used Kitchen Basics unsalted chicken stock which I think is a much richer stock than the salted kind.
