Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"I have the rolls in rising as I type..QUESTION... do I need to let rise again after shaping? Please let me know ASAP.. or I will let you know one way or another! 4 stars for ease of preparation... 1 star off because of the second rising question! Will get back to you!

I made the rolls. I did not "punch them down" as much as I would have with regular breads. I did let them rise about 30 minutes after shaping (until they started to touch each other in the rows. They were VERY good rolls. I think I may make a smaller roll next time, and they did look just like the picture that is posted!
