Reviewed Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi
"i followed the recipe completely as shown and can say its the best mahi i've ever had. i've had it grilled with numerous sauces, as a fish taco with numerous salsas. i have numerous mahi recipes myself, however when i want to impress guests, this is the go to. very moist, very flavorful. if it comes out bland, you've done something wrong.
