Reviewed Halibut in Artichoke and Tomato Broth
"This is a favorite in our house. We usually use tilapia because is it more economical than halibut. We also use marinated artichokes and rinse them partially..adds a nice flavor to the broth. Very easy and delicious. Have made it for company a few times and it is always a hit. Served with a loaf of crusty french bread and sometimes a side salad. Delicious!
